I trust you had a wonderful time over the holidays! This year was an experience for me, as this was the first Christmas as a dad! My son Blake is now 2 months old, and it’s been truly amazing!

This is just a quick update to let you know that we’ve created a brand new software app that you can go ahead and rebrand with your own information, including links, change the software name, build your email list, it’s private label software so pretty much anything goes!

MRR Marketing Bootcamp

Essentially this area of MRR is all about tutorials, and masses of them! So far over 20 hours of video tutorials has been added with much more to come!

5 Steps To Making Money With Private Label Rights (PLR)

Most people who buy PLR never actually get around to implementing it. Instead, they just stick it in a folder on their hard drive and forget all about it If that hits a little too close to home for you, don’t worry – we’re going to look at a simple process for taking action on that PLR.

1. Customization

One of the drawbacks to PLR is that everyone who buys it gets exactly the same content. If 15 people all use the stock sales page and graphics on their site, they’re all going to look the same. This often causes people to compete on price, driving the selling price down for everyone.

Instead, get some new graphics made for it, tweak the sales letter (especially the headline and subheadlines) and make it “look” like something different. This makes it much harder to compare directly to another offer, taking price out of the equation to some degree.

2. Set Up A Website

The next stage is to get the sales page, download page and any other pages included with the package uploaded to your hosting account and ready to start taking sales. Registering a new domain and setting up its own hosting might be a good idea, but don’t get too caught up in it. It’s better to sell it from an existing site and actually have it selling than to wait until you find the “perfect” domain.

3. Order Processing

You’ll need some way to accept payments, then forward your customers on to the download after they’ve purchased. There are lots of options:

- Clickbank
- 1ShoppingCart
- Nanacast
- Paypal
- Paydotcom

Don’t overanalyze this step. While you can use whatever shopping cart service you already have, if you aren’t using one a Paypal button will work too. Again, having something up and running and taking orders will be infinitely more profitable than waiting until you find the “right” solution.

4. Connect To Your Autoresponder

You should always build a list of buyers for anything you sell, and PLR is no different. Create an email list in your autoresponder service and either put an opt-in box on the download page or integrate with your shopping cart.

If you use an opt-in box on the download page, offer a bonus of some sort for opting in to improve your conversion rates.

5. Send Traffic To The Sales Page

After the delivery funnel is all done you can start generating traffic to the sales page. You can do this in any number of ways:

- Send a promo to your existing email list
- Add a link in your signature on market-related forums
- Post it to Facebook, Twitter and other social media sites

Using PLR To Build Membership Sites

PLR (Private Label Rights) content typically comes in the form of articles or an ebook but there’s no reason you can’t use that content as the basis for a recurring income membership site.

In this article we’re going to look at some strategies for doing just that.

The first thing you need to keep in mind is that a membership site is really just another form of content. But instead of delivering it all at once, such as with an ebook, you’re “drip feeding” it out to your members over a period of time.

If the topic of your PLR lends itself to being delivered in pieces, it could make an excellent basis for a membership site. You would simply break it up into components that would fit together logically, and then add it to a membership site over time.

For example, if you picked up a PLR ebook that outlines a 30 day plan for building an email list, you could break it down into weekly or even daily components and send those pieces out to your subscribers.

These membership sites could run on a platform like WordPress with a membership plugin added or they could be as simple as each new piece of content getting sent out by autoresponder to all your members.

Another way you can use PLR with a membership site is to add it as a bonus to the regular content.

For example, if you were running an internet marketing related membership site, you could pick up PLR packages that would be of interest to your subscribers and then add them to the membership as free bonuses. Doing this on a monthly basis can help to keep your members active, and paying you the monthly fee for longer.

Another effective use for PLR when it comes to membership sites is for inspiration and research purposes. The person who wrote the PLR in the first place did a lot of your work for you, in fact. They outlined the topic, figured out what order to put it in and various other things.

Assuming you’re working with high quality PLR, you can use that research to shortcut having to do it yourself. You can get ideas for things to write about yourself simply by seeing what the PLR author wrote about (and in what order).

Take that outline and even the content itself and use it to form the basic structure of your membership site. You can always tweak it however you see fit, but this gives you a starting point to work from.

Global Internet Marketing – Is It Different Than Internet Marketing?

It might be natural to think that internet marketing is actually the same thing as global internet marketing since you can access web content from all over the world. But if you’ve decided to market your products or services internationally, you will have to do it in a way that offers the best site and most appropriate message to your various audiences.

Among other things, this involves choosing the right language and interface for your users’ locations while taking into account the multitude of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) factors for a global marketing campaign. As many of you are aware, the internet enables less expensive and efficient online international distribution options for media products and informational types of products. Software companies are the most obvious examples of those that can save by distributing their products online all over the world.

When it comes to SEO, one of the most important technical decisions you need to make before getting started with your global Internet marketing campaign is how to manage the many international domains. What you decide doesn’t just potentially affect your rankings, but also how well you will be able to manage each of your sites and even how much you end up investing in this marketing endeavor.

There are two options when it comes to launching websites in different countries. First, you can host all of the different language variations on one site and separate the languages by subdomains or subdirectories. The second option is to create a separate site for each language you are targeting.

If you choose the first option, you will probably have greater centralized control when it comes to the site’s management and better SEO because all of the links will be coming in to one singular domain. This method can also be more effective when it comes to suppressing the possibility of duplicate content in the search engines.

If you go with the second option, you will probably spend less. You can start with one site and then add others one by one if you feel it is feasible. Contrary to the first option, by having multiple sites, you will rank better in the country-specific search engines. Because using this method allows you to set up country specific hosting, you can target your SEO efforts to specific countries. It often makes sense to host your site in the country being targeted.

Another important concept to understand at the onset of your global internet marketing campaign is that you can’t do your keyword research in English and just translate to your target markets’ languages in order to be successful. You need to do extensive keyword research in the language of the market you are targeting.

The best case scenario would be to have a native speaker supervise or do the keyword research. The very least you should do is to use a foreign language/English dictionary that includes idiomatic expressions and is as local to the target market as possible.
